A very fine coffee requiring medium roasting to maintain the delicate flavour profiles and floral aromatics that typify this growing region. Careful farm management, shade grown and rainforest maintenance produce an impressive, refined cup profile. Colombian coffee typically produces quite a complex cup, but hazelnut and caramel are the major flavours distinguishing this bean making it suitable as both a medium or dark roast.
